Ratings and Reviews
Thanks Kevin, this has been a great course. I have enjoyed and learnt a great deal from the content. The latter sections, around guiding others, imposter syndrome, lifelong learning, have resonated deeply with me, and I'm even more inspired to explore deeper and further. thank you 🙂
I have paid for so many courses and never finished them. I found myself excited to learn from Kevin and wanting to go back and learn more and more. He covers a lot of topics but it’s all digestible and usable info. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Ready to get out there and teach!
Very informative, easy to follow, and student friendly. I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness for several years, and I learned some new approaches to meditation that I am eager to implement into my personal practice, as well as share it with my clients. I especially appreciated the workbook that you provided with more in depth information. Thank you.
I've taken oodles of online courses over the last 3 years and this is the best by far and here is why...1. the course layout is easy to follow and the pace is just right, not too much, not too little. 2. The information and materials are intertwined with playful experiential learning 3. Kevin is captivating, playful and informative while also being very vulnerable and real about life.
I’ve been meditating most of my life without any measure of study, mostly driven by intuition. This course taught me about types of meditations I was unaware of and provided new perspectives and ways of being inside the meditations I enjoy practicing. I’ll absolutely dive deeper into my personal practice and continue this educational journey fully inspired by this brilliant foundation. Thank you.
I love that I could complete this at my own pace and practice meditation types before moving on. I was able to do this while working full time and with our very large family. Meditation fits into anyone’s life.
