Ratings and Reviews
This was a well put together complete course on various types and styles of meditation. One of my favorites is the walking meditation, as someone who hikes often this style resonates with me so much. Thank you, Kevin for sharing your knowledge with us. I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn how to start meditating and which ways suit your goals best.
Definitely a great course when studying meditation. The scope of knowledge and information gives the student plenty to grow into as well as explore for further development. I would definitely recommend this course to friends and future students as a supplement to their practices.
Thank you so much Kevin! what a fabulous course and you are an absolute inspiration. I have learnt so much and have some really great tips and techniques now to use in my every day life as well as hopefully taking forward in my work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - you will be in my metta meditation.
This course has a lot of information on a variety of techniques that can be used to bring about your daily meditation practice and into full guiding and teaching meditation for others.
This course was very comprehensive, covering many different meditation techniques and explaining in simple terms their benefits, how to perform them and some info on their origins. The accompanying workbook is very well done and contains additional information - above and beyond the extensive information shared through the videos. Kevin's calming energy is the icing on the cake!
I really enjoyed the bite size videos, it allowed me the chance to integrate the lessons before moving on. The personal stories make the difference for me, I can remember that better than technical. I knew a lot about meditation before but I definitely received new knowledge and terminology. Thank you
Easy to follow, valuable information.
