Ratings and Reviews
I absolutely loved this course. It is structured in an easy-to-follow process, with each lesson providing background, knowledge and practical experience of the techniques. It provides a comprehensive account of many different forms of meditation, and how to do them, with Kevin explaining them beautifully. It is easy to go back and find the topics if one needs to re-listen to it. I feel enriched
Many thanks to Brett for connecting me with Lori, Lori for connecting me with Kevin, and Kevin for connecting me with this beautiful course and Sangha of amazing souls. It was an excellent reminder of practices I know and love as well as an opportunity to dive deeper into less familiar techniques. Grateful to be here with you all.
I love this course I was actually surprised how much information was put into this course. I am into chakras and learning more about forest therapy. I will be taking this cert and using it to help others heal. This is amazing addition to my Promoting Wellness Services business. I will also be teaching people who stay at my hipcamp Beautiful Desert Skies meditation, breathwork, Qigong, for free.
