Superficial info

I’m pleased I didn’t pay full price for this course as its very basic. I doubt anyone would feel fully confidant to teach Meditation off the back of it and I found the Breathwork very limited and dangerous if people are going to teach Conscious Connected Breathwork from this alone, with no regard to safety or trauma training!
