Accessible & Beautiful!

I happened upon this class on Instagram, I wasn’t looking for it. Figured it couldn’t hurt to add another tool to my offerings. This was accessible, and I loved the way Kevin broke up the classes. They were short bites that were easy to take in. I found it simple, easy to move through yet very powerful and challenging. You can’t go wrong taking this! Either to become a guide or the student.
