It’s not that they were all super intelligent, hard working, good looking, or born into wealthy families. The single most common trait among the world’s most successful people is meditation. Great foundational course

This course is an excellent and practical introduction to meditation. The exercises are easy to follow and you will feel the benefits immediately. I definitely recommend this course for anyone wanting to start a regular meditation practice!
