I watched them scan it, and I KNOW they scanned it as it was a valuable item (two computers). I tried reaching out to file a claim but it says it has been past 60 days since the label was created (it was made well before I shipped it). They said the receipt won’t do much because it would just have the tracking number, and they never scanned it or had it (again, I am positive I walked in and did this and watched them scan it). I recently dropped off a package at a UPS store that had a prepaid label. It shows no movement on the tracking number…the recipient never received it.
