I LOVE every bits of knowledge absorbed here and the uniqueness of Kevin’s interpretation which is appealing to those new and those who have been meditating for quite some time. And his manual is SO informative and helpful I couldn’t stop reading! Little ideas to take in, maybe formatting the manual so it returns back to content page for each page? Helps with absent minded like me 🙂
